Our office has released an updated 2027 Tenant Guide to help St. Catharines renters understand their rights, landlord responsibilities, rent increases, repairs, evictions, and where to turn for help.
This update is especially important following changes under Bill 60 that came into effect on September 21, 2026, including changes to parts of Ontario’s eviction and Landlord and Tenant Board process.
